Return and Refund Policy – Women’s T-Shirts
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made t-shirts.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. Return Process
- Contact customer support at hiteshmohan1@gmail.com to initiate your return. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the provided return address (provided after approval). We recommend using trackable shipping to avoid loss in transit.
- Returns will be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or color, subject to availability.
- Contact customer support to confirm availability before sending the item for exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective t-shirt, contact hiteshmohan1@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage or defect. A replacement or full refund will be provided.
7. Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval from customer support will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
