Return and Refund Policy – Women’s T-Shirts

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made t-shirts.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact customer support at hiteshmohan1@gmail.com to initiate your return. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address (provided after approval). We recommend using trackable shipping to avoid loss in transit.
  4. Returns will be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or color, subject to availability.
  • Contact customer support to confirm availability before sending the item for exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective t-shirt, contact hiteshmohan1@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage or defect. A replacement or full refund will be provided.

7. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval from customer support will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
