- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (check promotions at checkout).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Address
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable).
- We will assist with a replacement or refund after verification.
8. Important Notes
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes in some regions; a physical address may be required.
- Any delays caused by the courier beyond our control are not refundable, but we will support you in tracking and resolving the issue.
